Der Freundeskreis-CafeQ43, ehemals Freundeskreis Hiramhaus, trifft sich zweimal wöchentlich, Mo u. Fr. ab 19 Uhr im Cafe Q, in der Kurfürstenstraße 43, Mariendorf 12105 Berlin.

Es gibt eine allgemeine Vorstellung vom Ablauf eines Selbshilfegruppenabends. Solltest du diese Vorstellung auch haben, dann überzeuge dich davon, dass sie auf unseren Gesprächskreis nicht zutrifft:

Bei uns stehen die Stühle nicht im Halbkreis in einem großen Raum und es muss nicht jeder aufstehen und eine „Lebensbeichte“ ablegen. Wir sitzen gemütlich alle zusammen am Tisch, trinken Kaffee und Erfrischungsgetränke und unterhalten uns. Genauso wie bei dir zu Hause, wenn Besuch da ist.

Bei uns wird auch gelacht, denn das Leben soll ja auch Spaß machen.

 

Eigentlich “stinkt Eigenlob“ ja, aber bei uns findest du tatsächlich lauter nette und freundliche Menschen. Ganz klar, hier bleibt kein Raum für staubige und traurige alte Ansichten.

 

Wir kennen keine Rasse- oder Klassenunterschiede und wir können auch ertragen, wenn du einmal anderer Meinung sein solltest als es die meisten sind.

Komm doch einfach mal vorbei- und gehe wieder, wenn du dich hier nicht wohl fühlst. Niemand wird es dir übel nehmen. Vielleicht kommt ja jemand mit dir?

Die Erfolgsaussichten für eine dauerhafte und vor allem zufriedene Abstinenz erhöhen sich um ein Vielfaches, wenn du eine Selbsthilfe-Gruppe besuchst- und unsere Gruppe macht sogar Spaß!
